What we commonly fix
Drum not spinning
Worn drum bearings, a seized motor, or hard-water scale on the drum. We test the bearing and motor before quoting a fix.
Water not draining
Almost always a blocked drain pump filter or a kinked outlet hose — often lint, coins, or hairclips caught inside.
Won't start or dead panel
A faulty door interlock, a tripped PCB, or power-supply damage from a voltage spike are the usual causes.
PCB error codes
Sensor and control-board faults. We read the exact code and isolate the failing module before replacing anything.
Not heating / scaling
A failed heating element or thermostat, usually scaled up from hard water above 300 TDS.
Shaking and loud noise
An unbalanced load sensor, loose counterweight bolts, or worn shock absorbers and tub bearings.

Brands we service

Drum wasn't spinning and threw an error. Worn drive bearing plus hard-water scaling on the drum — fixed the same evening, and the technician showed me the worn part before replacing it.

Arvind K. · Adyar, Chennai · Front-load washer

Machine was shaking violently on spin. They rebalanced it, tightened the counterweight bolts, and swapped two worn shock absorbers. Quiet again within the hour.

Washing Machine Repair FAQs
Why does my washing machine make a loud noise while spinning?

Usually worn drum bearings or scale buildup from hard water. Our technician checks the bearing and tub seal during the visit and quotes replacement if needed.

Can you fix a washing machine that isn't draining water?

Yes — this is most often a blocked drain pump or a kinked outlet hose. Both are diagnosed and, in most cases, resolved in the same visit.

Is a PCB repair worth it or should I replace the machine?

For machines under 6–7 years old, a PCB repair or replacement is usually far cheaper than a new machine. We'll tell you honestly if the unit isn't worth repairing.
