Is there any obligation after the diagnosis visit?
None. The technician inspects the appliance, explains the fault and exactly what the fix involves, and you decide whether to go ahead.
Are your technicians verified?
Every technician is background-checked and ID-verified before joining. You get their name and photo by SMS before they arrive.
Do you repair all brands?
Yes. We're an independent multi-brand repair service — not an authorized service center — and carry common spares for Samsung, LG, Whirlpool, Bosch, IFB, Voltas and more.
How fast can someone come?
In most cities we offer doorstep visits within 90 minutes, with same-day slots till 7 pm. Book early for a morning slot.
What warranty do I get?
Every repair carries a 30-day service warranty covering the same fault and the parts we replaced. If it recurs, we come back at no charge.
